Compensation & Schedule
- $18–$24/hour (base + tips)
- 30–40 hours/week
- 3–4 days/week, typically 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM

About the Role
As a Dog Bather (SCENT Tech), you’ll deliver hands-on hygiene and wellness services that keep dogs clean, healthy, and comfortable. This role is focused on safe dog handling, consistency, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
As a Dog Bather (SCENT Tech), you’ll deliver hands-on hygiene and wellness services that keep dogs clean, healthy, and comfortable. This role is focused on safe dog handling, consistency, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll work closely with your team to ensure every dog receives high-quality care while maintaining a clean, organized, and stress-free environment.
What You’ll Do
- Perform bathing and hygiene services including blow drying, ear cleaning, nail trimming/grinding, teeth brushing, and gland expression
- Follow Scenthound processes to deliver consistent, high-quality care
- Complete S.C.E.N.T. Checks and record health indicators
- Prepare dogs for grooming and additional services
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Work as part of a team to complete services efficiently and on schedule
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable working hands-on with dogs of all sizes and temperaments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable, coachable, and open to feedback
- Calm, patient, and safety-focused
- Able to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
